Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Therapy Program Supervisor to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management. As a Behaviour Therapy Program Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our Behaviour Support Practitioners and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Service Delivery
    • Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans that are tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
    • Conduct functional behaviour assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviours.
    • Provide training and support to families and stakeholders in implementing behaviour support strategies.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Monitor the effectiveness of Behaviour Support Plans and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure that all Behaviour Support Practitioners are compliant with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Registration with the NDIS Commission as a Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner.
    • Relevant allied health qualification or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in developing Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
