Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Director of Programs in clinical program development and meeting grant compliance goals. This role will also involve supervising assigned staff, providing clinical supervision hours, and ensuring quality documentation in our electronic health record system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Programs in developing and implementing clinical programs to meet grant compliance goals.
  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to assigned staff, including LCSWs, MSW interns, and case managers.
  • Ensure that clinical staff completes quality documentation in our electronic health record system.
  • Monitor client caseloads to ensure timely completion of bio-psychosocial assessments, individualized service plans, consents, and progress notes.
  • Plan and implement clinical training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of and monitor compliance with our electronic health record system and service delivery benchmarks for grant reporting.
  • Participate in scheduled case consultation meetings with contracted community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attend community meetings, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on best practices and network with other professionals.
  • Assist in crisis situations and facilitate client transfers to higher levels of care when necessary.
  • Assist the Director of Programs with hiring, training, evaluating, and developing staff to ensure program success and continued organizational growth.
  • Lead and co-facilitate clinical and non-clinical groups to support client well-being.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work with a valid CA LCSW license.
  • Experience in delivering individual and group supervision with ACSWs, MSW interns, case managers, and staff with lived experience.
  • Experience working with system-impacted youth and their caregivers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to uplifting social justice and mental health issues, specifically those impacting system-involved youth.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
