About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in supporting our centre-based and community-based early intervention programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans for children with ASD
  • Conduct functional assessments and design function-based behaviour support plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to children and their families
  • Provide training and supervision to parents and stakeholders on applied behaviour analysis techniques
  • Monitor and adapt behaviour support plans to ensure optimal progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Enrolled or completed postgraduate study in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field
  • Current certification as a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or working towards certification
  • Passion for working with children and young adults with ASD
  • Hands-on experience delivering and supervising ABA or educational programs for children with ASD
  • Proven ability to create and monitor individualized behaviour support plans
  • Clear communication, high level autonomy, and organization
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ongoing commitment to professional development
