Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support our CEO in a highly reputable property management business. This role is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to work with a leading boutique agency that is passionate about delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the leasing and facilities teams, including managing varying expectations, liaising with contractors, and assisting with the development management of properties.
  • Perform a range of administrative duties, including coordinating day-to-day activities, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and maintaining databases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a property management or business operations environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
