  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including customer service, data entry, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • They will also be responsible for scheduling job bookings, liaising with repair technicians, and preparing sales orders and quotes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • They will be a team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • They will also have clear English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including customer service, data entry, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Schedule job bookings and liaise with repair technicians.
  • Prepare sales orders and quotes.
  • Assist with sales department tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Background in administration and customer service.
