We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at the Law Office of Shaun Setareh Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining calendars.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including customer and supplier information.
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with MYOB or other accounting software is an asset.
