About the Role
The Audit Learning Manager is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing the development and implementation of learning solutions that support audit quality.
This role will be responsible for project management, design, development, implementation, and communication strategy to support audit learning initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end development and implementation of learning solutions.
- Facilitating technical audit content.
- Overseeing logistics, audience management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Developing strategies to respond to learner fatigue and enhance learning experiences.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- CA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience with audit and other assurance engagements.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
