Job Summary

We are seeking a versatileLead Digital Learning Content Developerto lead our content development team. This full-time role combines management of the content creation team and direct content creation, with client relationship building and sales responsibilities. You will develop engaging digital learning content while identifying and securing new business opportunities in target markets, particularly in oil, gas, and power generation industries.

The ideal candidate brings together creative content expertise with commercial acumen, capable of translating technical concepts into compelling digital assets while building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Translate client requirements into clear, commercially viable solutions
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Maintain client engagement throughout delivery phases to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with technical developers and subject matter experts as needed
  • Lead the design and development of high-quality digital learning content across Articulate and Unity platforms
  • Create engaging digital assets including videos, interactive media, and e-learning modules using industry-standard tools

Business Development & Client Management

  • Lead proposal preparation and demonstrations of Stacked Learning's portfolio
  • Provide technical consultation to clients, leveraging expertise in digital learning solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in engineering-intensive industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences

Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years in digital content creation using Articulate Storyline/360
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and achieving targets
  • Experience with learning content development and management systems

Advantageous Experience

  • Unity 3D
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Google Analytics and SEO tools
  • CRM tools (Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • AI concepts (RAG - Retrieval-Augmented Generation, knowledge graphs, LLM - Large Language Models)
