
Visionary Organizational Change Leader

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Principal to drive organizational change and transformation for our clients. With at least 15-20 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or People/HR transformation, you'll spearhead the formulation and execution of change management and human capital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute change management and human capital strategies and plans
- Oversee end-to-end programs of work independently
- Supervise a team of change management consultants
- At least 15-20 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or People/HR transformation
- Ambition to be at the forefront of facilitating organizational change and transformation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Robust understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
