  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex people matters, including performance, leadership, and employee relations.
  • Strengthen organizational capability, positioning the company as a destination workplace of the future.

About the Role:

  • Proven experience in a senior People and Culture leadership role, preferably within a subsidiary or asset-based organization.
  • A track record of delivering measurable people and culture outcomes aligned to strategic business goals.
  • Strong coaching skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and drive cultural change.
  • A strategic mindset with practical delivery skills, able to move from concept to execution with confidence.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • High levels of empathy, integrity, and resilience – a trusted advisor who gets things done.
