
Senior Organizational Change Leader

This is a high-level leadership position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the implementation of large-scale organizational changes. The Change Director will lead a team of change management professionals and be accountable for delivering results-driven change initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading complex change programs, with expertise in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and cultural transformation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational change and improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners.
- Manage and resolve conflicts and issues related to change implementation.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Key qualifications include:
- 12+ years of experience in organizational change management.
- Proven track record of success in leading complex change programs.
- Expertise in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and cultural transformation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
