Key Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert in campaign and insights to lead the development, optimisation, and refinement of automated marketing journeys across multiple lifecycles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing customer behaviour across key digital platforms, including Dynamics 365, Google Analytics, and Amplitude, to drive improved engagement, conversion, and retention.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Operate Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and other Martech tools to deliver tailored, automated experiences.
  • Build, test, and optimise customer journeys and email campaigns using segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain customer segments based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, demographics, and engagement patterns to enhance targeting and personalisation.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to automate communications and trigger-based journeys that support engagement, retention, and conversion goals.
  • Analyse customer and campaign data to inform strategy and optimisation.
Essential Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms such as Dynamics D365/Customer Insights-Journey, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
  • Hands-on experience working with analytics platforms such as GA4, Amplitude, PowerBI.
