Job Description

A Product Strategist will lead the development of product strategies to drive exceptional customer experiences and business growth. This role involves shaping meaningful customer experiences by leading product strategies that blend human-centred design, insights, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ideas that align with the company's vision and values, with a focus on strategic thinking, adaptability, and curiosity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience in product management or a similar role, ideally within a large and complex organisation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in product management, including strategic thinking, customer-centric design, research and insights, problem-solving, and prioritisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in large cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong organisational, project, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, able to apply a process-driven and risk-based approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptable, curious, and proactive mindset, comfortable working independently and driving change in complex systems and processes.
