Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they step into our clinic.
- Schedule patient consultations efficiently, utilizing your strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments and bookings.
- Oversee the administration of our front desk and patient clinics, maintaining accurate records and managing confidential information with discretion.
- Effectively liaise with medical staff, hospitals, and external representatives to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist with patient invoicing, receipting, and other administrative tasks as required by our Practice Manager.
- Pursue additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a medical reception or similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, staff, and external partners.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in medical software and office systems, with a preference for those with experience in Genie.
- A caring and patient-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering outstanding care and support.
