Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders is key to success in this role. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all project-related documentation, including contract management, document control, scope of works, and WHS compliance documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and maintaining project commencement management documents such as dilapidation reports, procurement schedules, or scope statements.
  • Facilitating and processing commercial payments, including deposit payments and creditor claims and retention invoices.
  • Preparing and compiling handover documentation and assisting with defects.
  • Monitoring progress of program initiatives and updating program documentation.
  • Preparing project status reports for project managers and stakeholders, regularly monitoring and updating program.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Construction Management or equivalent and possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage compliance databases and coordinate various activities to ensure successful completion. Experience in commercial fitout and refurbishment is advantageous.
