Unlock Customer Value Strategist

Job Description

The Unlock Customer Value Strategist plays a vital role in driving value for customers throughout the onboarding and adoption phases of Autodesk solutions. This entails proactively engaging with customers through data-driven triggered actions and responding to customer-initiated triggers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies to enhance usage of Autodesk solutions.
  • Assist customers with guidance and resources to onboard new solutions effectively.
  • Identify and support at-risk customers with low adoption of products to increase their value.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, resellers, technical support, and others to drive customer success initiatives.
  • Capture and share customer success stories to expand business relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
