We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Strategist to drive business growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for establishing long-term relationships with customers, advising them on achieving their customer experience vision, and equipping them to succeed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Manage a portfolio of customers as their primary point of contact throughout their customer journey.
Understand customers' business value drivers, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop customer success plans.
Prescribe the adoption and use of product features/functionality and services to achieve key customer business outcomes.
Establish regular cadences of executive business reviews with customers to track progress towards stated business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement of customer advocacy measures.
