We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Strategist to drive business growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for establishing long-term relationships with customers, advising them on achieving their customer experience vision, and equipping them to succeed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers as their primary point of contact throughout their customer journey.
  • Understand customers' business value drivers, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop customer success plans.
  • Prescribe the adoption and use of product features/functionality and services to achieve key customer business outcomes.
  • Establish regular cadences of executive business reviews with customers to track progress towards stated business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer advocacy measures.
