We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our customer decision team as a Customer Decision Strategist. This role will involve designing contact strategies in partnership with business stakeholders to solve customer and business challenges.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a data, campaign, or marketing analyst, preferably in a large complex organisation. They will also possess demonstrated experience and knowledge of decisioning or marketing automation tools, as well as campaign and/or data management experience coupled with knowledge of SQL.

As a Customer Decision Strategist, you will be responsible for providing insights on actions to maximise the value for customers and business stakeholders. You will deliver quality outcomes that balance effective risk management with speed to market.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of marketing functions and campaign lifecycle, as well as hands-on Pega CDH experience. They will be able to configure new offers, propositions, and treatments, adhering to policies in Pega Customer Decision Hub (Customer Brain).
