**The Position**:
We are looking for passionate Education Strategists to join our team. Our Education Strategists are trusted advisors to our clients and our best brand ambassadors, working directly with high-school and university students to unlock their highest academic, career and life potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design comprehensive Strategies to give clients a Roadmap to close the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.
- Implement the Strategy Roadmap by providing ongoing support enabling clients to streamline their trajectories by:

- Equipping clients with key skills of ‘HOW’ to prepare, problem-solve and optimise academic results;
- Tracking and monitoring progress through close accountability; and
- Building confidence and capability through mentoring and coaching.
- Positively support and uplift clients as you advise them regarding the unique issues affecting their academic performance,including specific learning challenges and mental health issues.
- Maintain regular communications with key stakeholders,including parents and specialists.
- Proactively drive KalibrateED’s reputation in delighting customers with excellent outcomes and outstanding client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Recognised university or similar tertiary qualification in Australia.
- Min. 2 years demonstrated experience in education, career advisory, coaching or similar field.
- A working understanding of secondary education and university requirements, and career prospects.
- Relevant evidence of success in customer-facing roles.
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
