Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? As an Assistant Manager, you play a vital role in supporting the Venue Manager and team to create memorable moments for guests and their teams.
About the Role:- Support the Venue Manager in driving business growth and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver genuine and 'local' guest experiences
- Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives, and proactive activation of local events
Key Responsibilities include championing a responsible service culture centered around fun, passion, and authenticity. You will also be responsible for proactively activating local events and supporting the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who has contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and inspiring, coaching, and developing their team.
The ideal candidate will hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.
