Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Jabra, where you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the ANZ region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in business development, sales management, and account growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Enterprise unified communication/collaboration field, with experience in channel engagement, sales performance, and client relations. A strong network and understanding of AV partners and consultants in the ANZ region are also essential.

You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, targeting key accounts and generating revenue growth through various avenues for the collaboration business unit.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a good sales track record.
  • Experience in a project-based, development of customized solutions sales environment.
  • Must have experience in Audio & Visual or video-conferencing solutions.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meetings solutions in an Enterprise environment.
  • A keen interest in sales management and a strong ability to deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Experience in sales for the Enterprise market, especially in Technology, Manufacturing & FSI.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid annual leave, and career development opportunities.
