We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our award-winning team at Gough Recruitment AU in Sydney.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to drive growth and expansion in the Real Estate industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for aiding in the growth of our portfolio by sourcing new business opportunities, conducting open homes, and working closely with sales agents and leasing consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 8 Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
- Solicit new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Conduct open homes to showcase properties and build relationships with clients
- Collaborate with sales agents and leasing consultants to identify potential leads and close deals
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager in the Real Estate or Property industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team
- Strong organization and administration skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Immaculate personal presentation and a professional demeanor

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000 - $250,000+ depending on experience and performance.
