About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Private Wealth team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, with a focus on supporting senior leadership and managing complex projects.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Wealth and the Private Wealth leadership team, including:

  • Project administration and tracking
  • Preparation of Management and Board reports
  • Planning and coordination of client and staff events
  • Reconciliation of expense statements and receipts
  • Drafting correspondence and other documents

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Australian wealth management advisory firm and contribute to the success of our Private Wealth team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including project coordination and report preparation
  • Manage complex projects, including event planning and coordination
  • Reconcile expense statements and receipts, and prepare financial reports
  • Draft correspondence and other documents, including reports and presentations
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or Commerce, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a support capacity, ideally in financial services
  • Proficiency in relevant IT software, including Microsoft Office and project management tools
