Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Private Wealth team in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, with a focus on supporting senior leadership and managing complex projects.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Wealth and the Private Wealth leadership team, including:
- Project administration and tracking
- Preparation of Management and Board reports
- Planning and coordination of client and staff events
- Reconciliation of expense statements and receipts
- Drafting correspondence and other documents
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Australian wealth management advisory firm and contribute to the success of our Private Wealth team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including project coordination and report preparation
- Manage complex projects, including event planning and coordination
- Reconcile expense statements and receipts, and prepare financial reports
- Draft correspondence and other documents, including reports and presentations
- University degree in Business or Commerce, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a support capacity, ideally in financial services
- Proficiency in relevant IT software, including Microsoft Office and project management tools
