Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Risk Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide top-notch administrative support and coordination to our dedicated Risk teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars, team meetings, and manage agendas and minutes
  • Book rooms and set up technology for meetings and events
  • Organize team events, training sessions, and conferences
  • Manage staff movements, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance activities are up to date and team travel and accommodation needs are handled
  • Keep team structure charts, file storage, and communication tools up to date

Requirements

  • Prior administration/Executive Assistant experience
  • Skilled with MS Office and internal systems
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and knack for handling pressure
  • Professional, team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible
