Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Risk Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide top-notch administrative support and coordination to our dedicated Risk teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars, team meetings, and manage agendas and minutes
- Book rooms and set up technology for meetings and events
- Organize team events, training sessions, and conferences
- Manage staff movements, including onboarding and offboarding
- Ensure compliance activities are up to date and team travel and accommodation needs are handled
- Keep team structure charts, file storage, and communication tools up to date
Requirements
- Prior administration/Executive Assistant experience
- Skilled with MS Office and internal systems
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and knack for handling pressure
- Professional, team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible
