The Role

We are seeking a Territory Manager for our Neurosurgical division in Sydney, New South Wales. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for selling capital products, primarily in the neurosurgical field. Your success will be measured by your ability to win new business and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to gain market share and sales growth with existing and new customers.
  • Build strong relationships with key hospital contacts to provide added value and maximize business opportunities.
  • Evolve into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
  • Devise a strategic business plan and monitor your territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
  • Address product issues using your knowledge and resourcefulness.
  • Present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff, providing technical expertise as required.
  • Oversee the maintenance of product inventory.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of influencing sales, whether in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
