Technical Support Specialist for Vacation Services

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co., where we put the world on vacation. Our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.

About the RoleThis is an office-based role operating out of Mt. Waverley in Melbourne, with some opportunity to work from home if appropriate. It operates standard office hours Monday to Friday. We do support North American clients, and as such are flexible with hours to provide a support overlap with their time zones when necessary.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for providing top-notch level 1 application support for our software, ensuring our operations run smoothly and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the friendly person on the other end of the phone or support system, assisting clients with software-related incidents and requests.
Main Responsibilities- Provide customer-centric support via email, JIRA ticketing system, video, or phone, troubleshooting issues, fulfilling requests, and providing solutions.
- Leverage your problem-solving skills to identify and reproduce issues, feeding knowledge directly to our Development Team and contributing to continuous product improvement.
- Manage your workload efficiently, ensuring client requests are acknowledged, prioritized, and addressed appropriately.
- Work closely with our small team, sharing insights and contributing to our collective success.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service environment, ideally providing application support.
- Intermediate level with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Able to learn new software quickly and maintain training documentation.
- Close attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000 AUD (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive package, including health insurance, superannuation, and generous leave entitlements.
