As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events at a unique convention centre in the heart of Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate event details with clients, including menus, beverages, room layouts, audio visual equipment, schedules, themes, décor, entertainment, exhibitions, accommodation, billing details, invoicing, floor plans, delivery of store requisitions as required, final numbers, etc.
  • Ensure clear communication of event details to all parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organise and conduct Convention Centre familiarizations and client appointments.
