Chief Event Officer

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage and execute events from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio visual equipment rental
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
- Organize and conduct site visits to familiarize clients with event spaces
- Liaise daily with key departments to ensure working hours are flexible to cater for the needs of events
Requirements:
- Hospitality or events management qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event coordination or a related field
- Previous experience in banquets operations or a similar environment
- Proficiency in Opera software system, MYOB, Word, and Excel
