Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our team of service technicians in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building upon the branch reputation for excellent customer service and satisfaction, leading a team of experts in HVAC, Controls, Energy Monitoring, Management and Efficiency, Networking, Access Control, Cyber Security and Systems Integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary or trade qualifications in a services related discipline
  • Understanding of technical operations of customer sites and ability to offer value-added solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver value propositions
  • Support tender submissions, presentations, trainings to stakeholders
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met across the team
  • Excellent report writing and delivery skills
  • Sound organisation and time management skills
  • Team leadership experience
