Job Title: Project Delivery Expert

This is a senior-level role that involves providing high-level support to project managers across the region. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, extensive experience in project controls and support services, portfolio management, and advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Project/Primavera P6, and SharePoint.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and report all aspects of project planning, development, and implementation for a range of projects. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams in setting up projects and ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements.
  • Provide advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project risks and issues.
  • Prepare and analyze cost, forecast, scope, and schedules against approved funding, execution plans, and monthly forecasts.
  • Coordinate regular cost and schedule review meetings with project managers.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful project reports and dashboards for steering committees and executive level stakeholders.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in project services and/or project control roles within capital project environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in project controls and support services, portfolio management, including prioritization and performance monitoring.
