About the Role

fullstop.ai is seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to deliver high-quality services and drive continuous improvement in our IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, excellent people skills, and the ability to implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver against our IT Help Desk Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring internal and client objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain operational reporting systems.
  • Implement and maintain IT service management best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations management.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and reporting systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Operational excellence and planning.

  • Customer service orientation and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
