This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive customer satisfaction. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding guest welcoming experiences by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining front office and reception operational standards.
  • Meet guests and customers upon arrival and ensure they are settled in their rooms, delivering exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain professional, open, and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Guide and support the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Effectively manage team rosters to meet business needs, balancing workloads and minimizing downtime.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience at a supervisor level within a hotel environment, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • An understanding of trust accounting principles and practices.
  • A strong focus on safety, security, and compliance, with a commitment to upholding company policies and procedures.
What We Offer
