Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will undertake the following tasks:

  • Deliver administrative services to clients, adhering to set targets
  • Review and finalize casework while providing constructive feedback
  • Address customer inquiries effectively
  • Conduct and distribute pension calculations
  • Offer technical support to team members
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Provide on-the-job training to colleagues within the department
  • Engage in projects and additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader
