About the Role
\As a key team member in Workforce Management Systems, you will provide crucial business analysis support across workforce systems, focusing on interpretation of strategic objectives, documentation of system enhancements, and requirement gathering for implementations.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
\- Reviewing and interpreting strategic objectives, Awards, and LOAs for system configuration.
- Auditing workforce management system configurations to ensure correct payments and entitlements.
- Developing reporting requirements and dashboards for labour cost insights.
- Supporting Industrial Relations with data analysis during strategic negotiations.
- Documenting business requirements for system enhancements.
- Creating use case scenarios and user guides for workforce systems.
- Gathering requirements for new site implementations and system integrations.
- Improving rostering processes and employee experience.
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvements.
- Providing Business Analysis Support.
Key Competencies/Skills Include:
\- Strong analysis, interpretation, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivation and proficiency in MS Office.
