
Strategic Operations Coordinator

This role oversees daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. It involves organizing and maintaining the office layout, supplies inventory, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing executive calendars, onboarding and training new hires on office procedures and tools, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, acting as a liaison between departments and upper management, maintaining office equipment, coordinating with vendors and service providers, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met in the workplace, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, coordinating office events, team meetings, and off-site activities, and ensuring smooth flow of information and documents across departments and management.

- Ensure smooth flow of information and documents across departments and management.
- Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision.
- Rigorous and detail-oriented with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness.

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
