As part of our national village network, we need a skilled Operations Team Coordinator to support operational excellence. This key coordination role reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer and ensures our operations team functions smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
About the RoleThis critical position provides high-level executive support to the COO, manages core business processes and documentation systems, and facilitates the delivery of critical team meetings, forums, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Chief Operations Officer with calendar management, travel arrangements, board reporting, presentations, and email management.
- Coordinate regular operations meetings and forums across the business, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage the Operations Quality Documentation and RL Hub (SharePoint), guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all processes, policies, and templates.
- Oversight of resident journey documentation, integrating it into business-as-usual practices for enhanced customer experience.
- Collaborate on project delivery, state forums, and the annual Retirement Living Council Census to drive organisational performance.
- Lead Melbourne office operations, encompassing amenities, invoices, contractor liaison, and staff onboarding/offboarding.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, improve communication, and foster a high-performance culture.
