Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator

Overview

This role is focused on delivering exceptional outcomes through the end-to-end delivery of the annual superannuation member, investment fund and tax statement process.

As a key member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the planning, execution and rollout of projects that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Project manage and deliver member periodical statements;
  • Maintain a schedule for the testing and timely lodgement of statements and period end processes;
  • Engage and liaise with numerous stakeholders to gather input into project plans and agree on timeframes;
  • Ensure completion of test strategy documentation, environment planning requirements and scenario planning for statement testing.
How do you succeed in this role?
  • A strong passion for operations and a desire to drive business outcomes through effective project management;
  • Experience in leading the production of periodic statements or similar types of documents;
  • Experience working in financial services, preferably in superannuation or life insurance administration;
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution and successful delivery;
  • Ability to organise, review and validate large amounts of data;
  • Strong risk management skills, with the ability to balance risk and achieve business objectives.
