We collect and sort recyclable materials from households and businesses, remanufacturing them back into new packaging products. Our innovative approach has grown us to 7,000 employees and 150 global operations, primarily in Australia and New Zealand.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager - Packaging Industry, focusing on Melbourne Southeast territory.
You will report to the Sales Manager, responsible for managing and growing established accounts while prospecting for new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Retail and grow existing business, actively seeking new sales
- Develop timely forecasts of customer requirements and utilize Salesforce.com to manage your territory effectively
- Create and execute sales strategies tailored to your customers' needs
- Identify process improvements in both internal and external operations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines
- Maintain compliance with OHS&E policies and procedures
What You Will Bring:
- Proven skills and experience in Internal/External Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management
- Familiarity with Packaging and/or Manufacturing industries is highly regarded
- B2B sales experience is also highly valued
- Strong CRM system proficiency and Microsoft product expertise
- A self-motivated individual with strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and solution-focused mindset
- A clear, personable communicator with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Salary Information:
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
