Senior Business Manager

The role of Senior Business Manager involves overseeing the development and implementation of strategic plans to optimise workspace utilisation. This includes managing teams and stakeholders to create comprehensive plans for clients, fostering partnerships with corporate real estate teams to review planning forecasts, resolve requirements, and address strategic concerns.

Skillful in collecting headcount data and accommodation plans that enable informed decision-making, this individual will also support construction project strategies by providing occupancy expertise and assisting with implementation across government facilities.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with client strategy teams to review moves, develop migration plans, and provide accommodation strategies. Serving as a subject matter expert on workplace programmes, this professional will use analytics to drive productivity solutions and model superior client management.

Requirements include proven experience leading teams and managing diverse stakeholders with ability to influence and drive results in complex government environments. Outstanding written and verbal skills are necessary for engaging executive-level clients, thinking strategically, and simplifying complex concepts.

Australian Citizen with ability to obtain security clearance required.
