Job Title: Senior Business Development ManagerA key business partner role within our team of specialists supports the management and development of competitive tenders. The candidate will provide advice and guidance to senior leaders on bid strategy and management.Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be hands-on in coordinating kick-off meetings, writing, editing, designing/formatting, coordinating input from subject matter experts, and supporting teams through competitive presentations.

  • Contributing to a collaborative culture
  • Producing high-quality bids following the firm's framework
  • Coaching Partners and supporting pitch teams to achieve the best outcome
  • Guiding opportunity qualification (bid/no bid) in line with criteria
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with a national Bids team to create a strong culture
  2. Develop and manage bids for engagement-specific and panel opportunities
  3. Coach partners and support pitch teams to achieve success
  4. Guide the qualification of opportunities based on established criteria
Requirements
  • Approximately 7 years of experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
  • Initiative, curiosity, commercial acumen
  • Strong project management skills with flexibility for evolving priorities
  • Excellent business writing, proofreading, and editing skills
