Job DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing site quality across the Darwin Ship Lift Facility project. Key responsibilities include monitoring and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with referenced quality standards, and reporting on non-conformances and defects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the quality management plan, ensuring it aligns with project objectives and quality standards.
- Maintain awareness of quality standards among project personnel, promoting a culture of quality excellence.
- Investigate and initiate corrective and preventive actions in response to non-conformances and defects.
- Monitor project quality objectives, targets, and KPIs, including status of NCRs, reworks, and defects.
To be successful in this role, you will require 10 years of relevant industry experience in a similar position, strong commitment to safety and wellbeing, and possession of a Lead Auditor Certificate. A relevant degree, diploma, or trade qualification is desirable.
