About the Role

We're seeking an experienced project manager with a construction or building-related background to lead our projects from pre-construction to handover. As a Senior Construction Project Director, you'll be responsible for delivering multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality standards, and managing team performance. Your strong financial acumen and communication skills will enable you to build effective relationships with stakeholders and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver multiple projects concurrently, from pre-construction to handover, while maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage project teams, including mentoring junior members, developing their skills, and promoting career growth.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to building specifications and industry standards.
  • Oversee head and sub-contractual requirements, tender interviews, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and implement detailed project programs, ensuring timely delivery and financial management.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in construction or a related field.
  • Experience working as a project manager for a principal contractor.
  • Strong financial management and communication skills.
