Director of Indigenous Community Housing

At Aboriginal Housing Northern Territory, we are committed to delivering high-quality housing services to the Aboriginal community. As our Director of Indigenous Community Housing, you will play a vital role in leading our team and ensuring that we maintain our strategic direction set by the board.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to cultivate strong relationships with the Aboriginal community-controlled sector, land councils, governments, and peak bodies. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standard of service and advocacy for the Aboriginal community-controlled housing sector.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and developing strategic plans. You will be responsible for maintaining absolute integrity and rigorous accountability for our board, funders, and supporters.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $180,000 per year, which is consistent with industry standards for a CEO role in the Northern Territory. Our location in Darwin offers a unique blend of urban and outdoor lifestyle opportunities.
