We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Director to join our team at Goodstart Darwin Airport. As an Education Director, you will play a key role in leading our educational programs and ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annumThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our centre is located in a convenient and easy-to-find pocket of the city area, close to major shopping complexes, schools, amenities, and community services.
Job DescriptionAs an Education Director, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ledning transformative changes in education
- Championing excellence in educational practice
- Collaborating with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs
- Guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NT Working with Children Check
