Northern Territory PHN is a leading organisation in the development and coordination of an equitable, comprehensive primary healthcare system and an engaged health workforce driven by community needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing NT PHN's Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements and implementing the Information Security Management System to meet ISO 27001:2022 certification. They will also oversee external audits, conduct internal audits, and monitor corrective actions from both internal and external audits.

This role involves interacting with teams across the organisation to deliver key quality and information security outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain certification against relevant ISO Standards. The successful candidate will require strong project management skills, data management expertise, and knowledge of project management principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing NT PHN's Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements
  • Implementing and maintaining the Information Security Management System to meet ISO 27001:2022 certification
  • Overseeing external audits and conducting internal audits as required
  • Monitoring and closing recommendations and corrective actions from both internal and external audits

The successful candidate will have a degree equivalent to a relevant Degree and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. A minimum of three years' experience in delivering ISO Systems in an assurance role is also required.

Demonstrated experience in delivering successful assurance activities, quality management systems, quality assurance and auditing, and/or information security management systems within a not-for-profit, government, or similarly regulated environment is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build commitment and influence others, are also necessary.

The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of $115,670 - $126,703 per annum, plus up to $15,899 of salary sacrifice.
