Competitive Salary
The successful candidate will receive a generous salary package of $123,686 per annum, reflecting the organisation's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. In addition to a base salary, employees also enjoy up to $15,899 of salary packaging and six weeks' annual leave.
Job Description: Quality Audit and Assurance Lead
The Quality Audit and Assurance Lead plays a critical role in ensuring theorganisation's quality management systems meet the requirements for ISO 9001:2015 certification. Key responsibilities include ongoing management of NT PHN's Quality Management System, implementation and ongoing management of NT PHN's Information Security Management System to meet the requirements for ISO 27001:2022 certification, and monitoring and closure of recommendations and corrective actions from audits conducted internally and externally across NT PHN.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge (or training) equivalent to a relevant degree and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training;
- Minimum three years' experience in the delivery of ISO Systems in an assurance role;
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful assurance activities, quality management systems, quality assurance and auditing, and/or information security management systems within a not-for-profit, government, or similarly regulated environment;
- Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, data management, and knowledge of project management principles;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated capacity to build commitment and to influence and motivate others credibility, integrity, and enthusiasm in an environment requiring cultural sensitivity and understanding of organisational relationships;
- Proven experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders to influence positive outcomes;
- Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated experience in preparing high-quality business documents;
- Proven strategic thinking skills and judgement required to identify and respond to complex matters through well-considered organisational responses;
- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise, and manage competing priorities to deliver defined outcomes.
