About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our team at Redkite. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and creating sustainable partnerships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partnerships, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the fundraising team to develop and implement plans to grow and build the profile of Redkite's corporate partnerships, as well as secure new partnerships.
  • Support with annual strategic planning, budget process, and related activities.
  • Mentor other team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong relationship management experience, with a proven track record of growing relationships and building multi-tiered connections.
  • Proven success in developing revenue-generating strategies within corporate partnerships.
  • A strategic approach to managing individual partners, with the ability to deliver on fundraising targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent Redkite at external events.
  • A passion for success and a willingness to share expertise and collaborate with team members.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
