About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at one of our retail sites in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and security duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
- Assessing and responding to situations of risk
- Access control and incident report writing
- Deliver high-quality security services to our clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Current Security License
- Control Room License (highly regarded)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters and willingness to work nights/weekends
