  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest accounts and transactions.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions securely and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Previous experience in a 200+ room hotel, with a minimum of 6 months in front office reception.
  • Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded.
  • Current Australian work rights.
